openbsd-compat/xcrypt.h] Split off encryption into xcrypt() interface,
and isolate shadow password functions.  Tested in Solaris, but should
not break other platforms too badly (except maybe HP =).  Also brings
auth-passwd.c into full sync with OpenBSD tree.
