     [channels.c channels.h clientloop.c nchan.c nchan.h serverloop.c ssh.c]
     move to Channel **channels (instead of Channel *channels), fixes realloc
     problems.  channel_new now returns a Channel *, favour Channel * over
     channel id.  remove old channel_allocate interface.
