Tweak the Zephyr formatting.

gdb said the previous format was just thrown together; I think this is
an improvement.

Unicode support.

The previous code would blow up on all non-ASCII authors, commit
messages, or arguments.  We can eliminate character set discrimination
in our lifetimes, if we all just come together.

.htaccess: Do not use [QSA] on the RewriteRule.

The QSA flag is for appending the user’s query string to a given query
string.  Here there is no given query string.

Don't reverse the commits we get from Github.

Their docs claim that commits come in reverse-commit order, but that
seems to be a lie.
